After three decades in Change Management and Project Launches in the corporate world, I applied my skills to the design and project management of our lake house build. During this COVID experience, we managed an early exit from our city dwelling to our cottage lot, navigating rentals, swing spaces, and storage through a heavily compressed construction schedule.

Many have complimented my ability to organize and create calm, welcoming spaces, so much so that I realized my next chapter should be helping others through what we call “right-sizing.”

As a young adult, I spent hours reorganizing my mother’s kitchen, living room, basement, you name it. I’ve always believed that a clean, well-organized space brings comfort, makes you feel at home, and, most importantly, allows you to relax and live stress-free.

Over the years, I’ve cleaned fridges for friends, transformed kids’ rooms, made pantries functional, and reimagined kitchens to feel bigger, brighter, and easier to use.
